Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 1701.87(F), the Secretary of State shall make available to the public a list of all domestic corporations that have filed a certificate of dissolution or have had their articles canceled within the last five years.
In order to access the record of the dissolved or canceled entity, please click the Charter Number to the left of the Business name. This will link you to the corporate record of the entity, where you will be able to access filings on the record of the entity, including the certificate of dissolution or cancellation.
This list is updated on a weekly basis. The date that the list was last updated appears in the upper right-hand corner of page. If a canceled entity has reinstated since the list was last updated, it will remain on the list until the list is updated again.
